Best Practices

Regular Monitoring

  • Consult the dashboard daily to identify trends
  • Check the recovery rate each week
  • Analyze monthly charts to anticipate declines
  • Compare with the previous year to assess progress

Alert Management

  • Process high priority alerts immediately
  • Send reminders to parents 15 days before a deadline
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sent notifications
  • Directly contact parents of concerned students

Data Analysis

  • Identify fee types with the lowest recovery rates
  • Analyze which payment methods are preferred by parents
  • Study payment peaks and troughs to plan follow-ups
  • Use data to adjust your recovery strategies

Communication

  • Share overall statistics with administration
  • Inform parents about overall payment rate (without individual details)
  • Use charts for presentations to the board of directors
  • Communicate important deadlines through all available channels

Points of Attention

  • Avoid: Relying solely on total revenue without looking at recovery rate
  • Avoid: Waiting until the end of the month to analyze statistics
  • Avoid: Ignoring medium priority alerts (they will become critical)
  • Avoid: Comparing only with the previous year without considering changes (enrollment, rates)

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the recovery rate calculated?
