Points of Attention
- Avoid: Relying solely on total revenue without looking at recovery rate

- Avoid: Ignoring medium priority alerts (they will become critical)
- Avoid: Comparing only with the previous year without considering changes (enrollment, rates)
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the recovery rate calculated?
The recovery rate is calculated as (Total Amount Paid / Total Amount Expected) × 100. It represents the percentage of expected fees that have actually been collected from students during the selected period.
Can I export statistics to Excel or PDF?
Yes, all statistics can be exported to Excel or PDF format. Look for the export button at the top right of the statistics page. You can choose which sections to include in your export and customize the date range.
Why is my recovery rate different from last year?
Recovery rates can vary due to several factors: changes in enrollment numbers, fee structure modifications, economic conditions affecting families, or different payment deadline schedules. Compare the same periods and consider these variables when analyzing trends.
How often are statistics updated?
All statistics update in real-time as transactions are recorded or validated. There is no delay - as soon as a payment is processed, it immediately reflects in all relevant metrics, charts, and reports.
Can I see statistics for previous years?
