The general ledger presents the history of all movements of an accounting account.
Introduction
The general ledger is a mandatory accounting document that groups all transactions recorded in the institution's accounts, presented chronologically for each account.
Viewing the General Ledger
To view the ledger of an account:
Select the accounting account
Choose the period (fiscal year or custom dates)
View movements with cumulative balance
Available Filters and Options
Customize the ledger display:
Filter by Period
Full fiscal year or custom period.
Entry Status
Validated entries only, pending, or all.
Balances
View opening balance, period movements and closing balance.
Export General Ledger
Export the general ledger in formats:
PDF for printing or archiving
Excel for in-depth analysis
