Balance Structure
The balance displays for each account:
Opening balances (debit and credit)
Period movements (debit and credit)
Closing balances (debit and credit)
Balance Verification
The balance is balanced if:
Total opening debits = Total opening credits
Total movement debits = Total movement credits
Total closing debit balances = Total closing credit balances

Intermediate level of detail.
